Having recently graduated with an undergrad degree in psychology, Chelsea is currently working towards obtaining her Master of Social Work with Grand Canyon University. Hailing from the great state of Arizona, Chelsea has traveled nation-wide as a Navy spouse. Being a part of the military community has brought many lessons and a deep understanding of the military lifestyle and all it entails. Knowing the intricacies involved in military life, Chelsea spent a significant portion of her undergraduate degree researching the impacts and intergenerational effects of PTSD. With the interest of the inner workings of the mind, a desire to empower others, and a belief in the healing nature of animals, Chelsea looks forward to gaining knowledge and skills in this internship to help others overcome challenges and let their strengths shine.
